The Cottage:
The Cottage is about 1000 SF, one level. Everything this new withing last 4 years, it was an old camp and we put 150K into renovations. Heat Pumps with AC in each room all independently controlled. Gas fireplace. Instant Hot Water system. TV with all the usuals and highspeed internet. 16 x 16 rear deck. Grill hooked to house propane. 1 Full bath. (FYI there is a little sulfur smell to water, new drilled well and still clearing it). We will make sure you have towels and sheets, etc.. There is a full size laundry also. Plenty of books and games.
Large double lot with a wonderful fire pit and chairs. I keep several cords of firewood ready and split.

Living room with dining table for 7 – 8.
Two bedrooms, 1 with queen, the other with twins.
Big screen front porch with chairs and dining.
Modern Kitchen
Comes with everything you will need: range, fridge, dish washer, dishes, etc.
You can feel free to use our condiments and dry goods.
The beach is a 1-minute walk. 800’ of private sand beach. Picnic table. Great for walking.
We are almost finished with our guest barn. Two story barn, will sleep 4. It is beautiful, makes the camp look like a slum. 100% tongue and grove pine, spiral stars, iron game seen banisters, vaulted ceiling. State law only allows an electric toilet and a standard sink. We will have a fridge, microwave, and grill. Internet, TV, etc.. This is great if your traveling partners want some privacy.
Lots of parking. In terms of amenities, they are all there, it is our home not a rental. We are happy to leave out fresh soap, shampoo, and things like that. There is a market just around the corner for meet, chicken, veggies, beer and wine. They usually have marinated tips, chicken cordon blue, and things like that.
