Barb and Curtis Trousdale are passionate, enthusiastic, and highly educated real estate agents/brokers who knew their expertise and connections to Vermont and New Hampshire were needed in the current real estate market. Their desire to offer a next-level real estate experience based on excellence and integrity motivated Barb and Curtis to step out on their own as broker/owners and offer their services through Preferred Properties in January of 2008.
While Barb is a born-and-raised Vermonter, Curtis attended the University of Vermont then relocated, but eventually made his way back to the Green Mountain State. Together they are avid outdoorspeople, and spend most of their spare time hunting. Gunner, their loyal chocolate lab retired from hunting last season, and now enjoys being the office good boy and earning his weight in treats from gullible employees.
Barb and Curtis are uniquely qualified to guide buyers and sellers through the real estate process, and they take the role of ‘guides’ to heart; they emphasize empowering their clients through education and knowledge sharing, and seek to develop long-lasting relationships.
