He’s drafted hundreds of contracts, escrow agreements, and inspection agreements, is very well versed with addendum and contingency agreements, and has experience forming and managing Homeowners Associations. As a licensed CPA with past experience in consulting, audit, and tax focused on real estate, Jeff provides his clients expertise and valuable insight for detailed financial analysis, strategic planning, and decision making. With his combined skills and experience, Jeff is a trusted advisor among his clients, and aims to prove himself as an invaluable resource for his real estate clients as well.

A born-and-raised Vermonter, Jeff has lived here his entire life, and attended the University of Vermont. Along with a degree in business and his CPA designation, Jeff also holds a Green Building Certification, and is a member of the Lake Champlain Regional Chamber of Commerce, Northern Vermont Homebuilders and Remodelers Association, National Homebuilders Association, Efficiency Vermont, and Essex Alliance Church. With a deep commitment to inward discipline through continuing education in many forms, Jeff continues to grow in his ability to offer excellence in service, knowledge, and dedication to all his real estate clients. Time spent with family, exploring the outdoors, fishing, hunting, and playing hockey are Jeff’s passions outside of business.
