Beanville Road Forest is an easily accessible forestland with mostly gentle terrain, a maturing red oak and sugar maple sawtimber resource and river frontage. The sawlog volume breakdown is similar, and nearly ideal, with red oak and sugar maple making up 85% of the sawlog volume. Fully-stocked stands prevail and stem quality is excellent.
